2. OUR PRINCIPLES
RED believes in working with all of it’s staff, client companies, candidates and workers in an open, fair and honest manner. As such RED has several policies which form the base of it’s CSR Policy.
We recognise that we must integrate our business values and operations to meet the expectations of our clients, candidates, employees, regulators, suppliers, the community and the environment.
We recognise that our social, economic and environmental responsibilities to this core group are integral to our business. We aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through our actions and within our corporate policies.
We take seriously all feedback that we receive from our staff members and, where possible, maintain open dialogue to ensure that we fulfill the requirements outlined within this policy.
We shall be open and honest in communicating our strategies, targets, performance and governance to our staff members in our continual commitment to sustainable development.

Our contracts and employee handbook will clearly set out the agreed terms, conditions and the basis of our relationship
We shall maintain a clear and fair employee remuneration policy and shall maintain forums for employee consultation and business involvement
We shall continue to focus on effective communication and development, and ensure we exceed the expectations of the Investors in People standard
We shall provide safeguards to ensure that all employees are treated with respect and without sexual, physical or mental harassment
We shall provide, and strive to maintain, a clean, healthy and safe working environment
We shall uphold the values of honesty, partnership and fairness in our relationships with staff members
We will operate in a way that safeguards against unfair business practices
We will only accept any incentives from a supplier or offer to a candidate or client in line with RED’s Anti Bribery Policy.
We shall encourage suppliers and contractors to adopt responsible business policies and practices for mutual benefit
We will monitor and minimize risks in Modern slavery within our supply chains, by ensuring staff understand the processes and procedures. We will also reserve the right to spot checking any businesses who supply us.
We shall ensure that any advertising undertaken by RED either on it’s own website or external providers shall be fair and honest.
In addition, please see attached appendices of other RED policies which support our Corporate and Social Ethics. All advertisements for vacancies and assignments shall be compliant with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Businesses Regulations 2003.
